These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of remytortosa.com, the Rémy Tortosa member platform, and the digital programs, courses, memberships and related services offered through them.
By creating an account, accessing a program or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the services
Rémy Tortosa provides digital movement education, including mobility, strength, recovery, Qigong and related practices.
The website may include:
Free programs and resources.
One-time paid digital courses.
Annual memberships such as Integrated Body.
Member features including practice libraries, favorites, progress tracking and planning tools.
Information about private coaching services.
Specific products or services may have additional terms shown on their sales or checkout page.
2. Accounts
Some programs require you to create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login details secure.
Your account is personal to you and should not be shared with another person.

I may suspend or restrict an account where there is evidence of misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraud or behaviour that interferes with the operation of the platform.
3. Purchases and payments
Prices are displayed before purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.
I do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The total price, billing frequency and any renewal conditions will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
One-time courses are charged once unless otherwise stated.
Integrated Body is offered as an annual membership. The exact price and renewal conditions applicable to your purchase will be shown at checkout.
There is no monthly payment option for Integrated Body unless one is explicitly offered in the future.
4. Access to digital programs
Once payment has been successfully processed, access is normally provided through your member account.
Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may stream and use the materials as intended through the platform.
You may not:
Share your account with others.
Copy, reproduce or redistribute videos or program materials.
Record, download or republish content unless a download is specifically provided.
Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the programs.
Use the content to create or distribute a competing course, membership or training product.
Access may depend on maintaining an active membership where the product is subscription-based.
5. Memberships
An annual membership provides access for the period stated at checkout.
Integrated Body may evolve during your membership. Practices, features and tools may be added, updated, reorganised or occasionally removed as the program develops.
The purpose is to improve and maintain the experience, not to guarantee that every individual practice or feature will remain permanently available.
Any material change to pricing or renewal conditions will be communicated where required before it applies to you.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Your rights depend on the type of product you purchase and the consumer laws that apply to you.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory cooling-off period, you may have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within the applicable legal period.
For digital content supplied immediately, applicable law may allow the right of withdrawal to end once you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that beginning access may result in losing that right. EUR-Lex
Where this applies, any required consent and acknowledgement should be presented during checkout.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Any additional refund or cancellation conditions shown on the relevant checkout or offer page also form part of your purchase agreement.

7. Movement and health disclaimer
The programs are provided for general movement, fitness and educational purposes.
They are not medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy or medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether a movement or practice is appropriate for your body.
Move within a comfortable range, use the modifications provided where appropriate and stop if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, numbness or other concerning symptoms.
If you have an injury, medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy-related concern or any reason to be uncertain about exercise, seek appropriate professional advice before beginning or continuing a practice.
No specific physical, health or performance outcome can be guaranteed.
8. Your responsibility when practising
Movement is personal and individual responses vary.
You agree to use reasonable judgment when following a practice, including adjusting range of motion, intensity, repetitions and duration according to your current ability and condition.
The platform is designed to support gradual and consistent practice rather than encourage you to exceed your physical capacity.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the videos, text, photographs, graphics, course structures, practices, program materials, branding and other original content available through the platform belong to Rémy Tortosa or are used with appropriate permission.
Purchasing a program gives you a personal licence to access and use that program.
It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual-property rights to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license or commercially exploit the materials without written permission.
10. Availability of the platform
I aim to keep the website and member platform available and functioning reliably.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting providers, internet services, security issues or circumstances outside my reasonable control.
When practical, I will work to restore access as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party services for functions such as:
Payment processing.
Website and database infrastructure.
Authentication.
Video hosting and delivery.
Email delivery.
These providers operate their own systems and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
I am not responsible for temporary outages or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside my reasonable control, although I will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected service.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These are provided for convenience or reference.
I am not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of websites operated by third parties.
13. Private coaching
Private 1:1 Coaching is a separate service from the self-guided courses and Integrated Body membership.
Participation, pricing, duration, support and other coaching conditions may be subject to a separate agreement or terms provided when you enrol.
Purchasing a self-guided course or membership does not include individual coaching unless specifically stated.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rémy Tortosa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or digital programs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Termination of access
Access may be suspended or terminated if you materially breach these Terms, including through account sharing, unauthorised redistribution of content, fraudulent activity or deliberate interference with the platform.
Where reasonably possible, I will contact you before permanent termination unless immediate action is necessary for security or legal reasons.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the platform, programs or legal requirements evolve.
The latest version and revision date will be published on this page.
Changes will not remove mandatory rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
Where a material change affects an ongoing paid service, notice will be provided where required by law.
18. Consumer rights
These Terms do not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under the consumer-protection laws applicable to you.
Where local consumer law gives you stronger protections than these Terms, those mandatory protections continue to apply.
