WHY A DIFFERENT APPROACH?

Stop Collecting Exercises. Start Building a Practice.

You stretch when you feel stiff. You strengthen when you feel weak. You try different exercises, hoping to feel better. But without a clear approach, it's easy to lose consistency. Your body doesn't work in isolated parts. Mobility, strength, balance and coordination are connected — and they need to develop together. Integrated Body brings these essential qualities into one intelligent practice, helping you move with greater freedom, build usable strength and maintain a body you can rely on as you age.

THE METHOD

Why This Works Differently.

  • Train the Body as One System

Mobility, strength, balance, coordination and Qigong come together in one integrated approach. Your body learns to move as a whole, not as isolated parts.

  • Control Before Intensity

No forcing. No chasing movements you can't control. Build awareness, stability and strength within your available range of motion.

  • Strength You Can Actually Use

Develop strength that supports everyday movement — from getting up off the floor to moving, bending and reaching with greater confidence.

  • Short Sessions. Real Consistency.

You don't need long, exhausting workouts. Practices from 10 to 40 minutes help you build consistency, even when life gets busy.

  • Restore Energy. Find Balance.

Balance active movement with recovery, breathing and Qigong to release tension, slow down and reconnect with your body.

  • Built for Longevity

Every practice serves a long-term purpose: keeping your body mobile, strong and capable so you can continue doing what you love as you age.

HOW IT WORKS

Your Practice. Your Pace.

There's no perfect routine to follow, and no need to train the same way every day. Some days, ten minutes is enough. Other days, you might have more time to build strength, improve mobility or simply slow down and recover. Start with the time you have available. Choose a practice that matches how you feel, follow it at your own pace, and return to it whenever you need. If you prefer more structure, organize your sessions with the 14-Day Planner. The goal isn't to do more. It's to make movement a natural part of your life.

BEHIND THE METHOD

Why I Created Integrated Body.

My relationship with movement began long before I became a coach. For 11 years, I served in the Paris Fire Brigade, where strength, resilience and physical readiness were part of everyday life. Alongside that experience, martial arts, yoga and eventually Qigong shaped the way I understand the human body. Over time, my focus shifted. I became less interested in performance alone and more interested in what truly matters: moving freely, staying strong, feeling good in your body and maintaining those qualities as you age. I created Integrated Body to bring everything I've learned into one practical system. Not another collection of exercises, but a daily practice you can build upon and carry with you for life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this personal coaching? Can I ask you which practices I should do?

No. Integrated Body System is a self-guided practice library, not a personalized coaching program. Each video includes detailed instructions, explanations and variations to help you practice safely and progress at your own pace. However, because this membership is designed for a large number of people, I cannot provide individual assessments, personalized routines or one-to-one guidance through emails, messages or DMs. You are responsible for choosing and adapting your practices according to your abilities and how your body feels. If you need someone to assess your movement, select your exercises and guide your progression, that's exactly what my Online 1:1 Coaching is designed for — a fully personalized experience. Technical, account and billing questions can still be submitted through the Contact page.

How do I create my own 14-day practice plan?

Inside your member dashboard, you'll find the 14-Day Practice Planner. Click Create My 14-Day Plan to get started. Your plan is organized into Week A and Week B, covering 14 days. For each day, you can choose a training focus, select a practice from the library or schedule a rest day. You can adjust your plan whenever needed, track completed days and save your favorite plans to use again later. The goal is simple: organize your practices in advance so you can focus on moving instead of deciding what to do every day. Important: This planner is a self-organization tool. It does not provide an individually assessed or personalized training prescription.

What is the €229 Founding Member offer? Will I keep this price?

The Founding Member offer is available exclusively during launch week, October 19–25, 2026. Members who join during this period pay €229 per year instead of the regular €299 per year. And here's the benefit: your €229 annual rate stays locked in for every renewal, as long as you keep your subscription active without interruption. You don't need to take any action to maintain your Founding Member rate. Your annual subscription renews automatically at €229. If you cancel your subscription, you'll keep access until the end of your paid membership period. However, if you decide to join again later, the Founding Member price will no longer be guaranteed. From October 26, the regular membership price is €299 per year. There is no monthly subscription option.

How many reps should I actually do?

Use the repetitions I give you as a guide. If the quality of your movement starts falling apart, stop earlier. The goal is not to complete a number at all costs. The goal is to keep the movement clean and intentional.

I can’t do an exercise the way you do it. What should I do?

That’s not a problem. You’re not supposed to move exactly the way I move. There is a progression for everything. If something looks too difficult, don’t try to do me. Do you. Reduce the range of motion. Reduce the intensity. Reduce the number of repetitions. If today you can only move a few centimeters with control, start there. That is your exercise.

How do I know when I’m pushing too far?

If you lose control, hold your breath, rush through the movement or have to force your body into a position, you’ve probably gone too far. Make the movement smaller and regain control. A smaller movement you own is more useful than a bigger movement you’re fighting for.

Some exercises feel really easy. Am I doing enough?

Probably, yes. Before trying to make everything harder, slow the movement down. Improve your control. Explore the range more carefully. Pay attention to the transitions. Simple does not mean ineffective.

How am I supposed to tell the difference between effort and pain?

Effort, muscular fatigue, stretching sensations and unfamiliar movement can all be part of training. Sharp pain, sudden pain or a sensation that clearly feels wrong is different. You don’t need to be afraid of every sensation, but you also don’t need to prove anything by pushing through pain. Modify the movement, reduce the range or stop if necessary.

One side of my body feels completely different from the other. Is that normal?

Very normal. Most of us have differences between sides. Don’t immediately try to force the tighter or weaker side to behave like the other one. Notice the difference, work within a range you can control, and give your body time to adapt.

Is 10 minutes really enough on days when I’m busy?

Yes. Ten minutes is much better than doing nothing because you didn’t have time for the “perfect” session. Some days you’ll do more. Some days you won’t. Keep the practice alive.

Can I repeat the same session for a while before moving on?

Of course. You do not need to rush through the program. Sometimes repetition is exactly what your body needs to improve coordination, strength and confidence. Progress doesn’t always mean moving on to something new.

Do I need a lot of equipment?

No. Your body is the main tool. Some sessions use simple equipment, but you do not need a fully equipped gym to build mobility, strength, balance and coordination.

When should I expect to feel a difference?

It depends on what you’re looking at. Some changes can happen very quickly: you may feel more open, more coordinated or simply better after a session. Strength, mobility and deeper movement patterns take longer. Don’t constantly test yourself. Practice consistently and let the changes accumulate.

Can I keep going to the gym or doing yoga, Pilates, running or another sport?

Yes. This system is not here to replace everything you enjoy doing. It should help your body move better and support the activities you already love. Just remember that more training is not automatically better. Recovery matters too.

I travel a lot. Can I still follow the program?

Absolutely. Most practices need very little space and very little equipment. The idea is to build something you can take with you, rather than a routine that disappears every time your environment changes.

I know I should practice, but some days I just don’t feel like it.

Don’t make motivation a requirement. On those days, make the practice smaller. Start with ten minutes. Start with one sequence. Start with something you enjoy. Consistency becomes much easier when every session doesn’t have to feel like a big event.

What if I am too old, too stiff or too out of shape for this?

No particular level is required to begin. You adapt the movement through range of motion, support, speed, repetitions and intensity. You don’t need to get ready for the program. You start with the body you have today.
